When are the live calls and are they recorded?
Our live coaching & training calls will be weekly on Monday evenings, and they will be recorded for your replay access. Our Q&A sessions are on Thursdays afternoons (2 pm ET) and will not be recorded.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Not to worry! We understand that everyone's dietary needs are different. Our program is designed to be flexible, and we'll help you tailor the plant-based approach to accommodate your specific requirements.
How much time do I need to dedicate to the program each week?
We recommend setting aside a few hours each week to engage with the program content and connect with the community. However, you can progress at your own pace, and all materials will be accessible throughout the duration of the program.
Will I receive personalized guidance or coaching?
