Kathy A. Davis

Kathy Davis, is a plant-based lifestyle coach, author of The 30-Minute Whole-Food, Plant-Based Cookbook, The Super Easy Plant-Based Cookbook, & The Budget Friendly Plant-Based Diet Cookbook, and the  CEO of VegInspired. We help busy people successfully transition to a plant-based way of life, to increase their energy and productivity, with practical tips, strategies, and easy & delicious recipes without added stress in the kitchen. 

 

Kathy has a Master’s Degree in Education and years of coaching experience. She knows how to set a goal and achieve a goal in both life and plant-based eating. Kathy achieved her goal of healthy living, with an additional bonus of losing 35 pounds on a plant-based diet in 2020 after setting a goal to eat more plants and fewer processed foods.
